Reflection Paper: In Conducting a Seminar

                   Conducting a seminar wasn't easy because it needs a long time of preparation., not only the learning that you want to push in but also material, program, and certificates, or even a token.   I was under in community services before we are conducting some program or seminar about some topic that is related in community common health problems and concerns.  I was also seminar in BLS training during my second year of college. So although it's stressful and tiring but you need to finish what you started because it's required and you don't have a choice but to continue. But I don't have any regrets in terms of that stressful day because it is worth it especially there is a big impact on me. I wasn't active in reporting before,  I could not even talk properly in front of many people especially during reports or activities in each subject, I don't even know how to make a good presentation because that time my adjustment didn't work yet  I was

  The two concepts describe the same subject but different sides, just like between our personal life and profession we need to put aside our personal matter to our work so that it won't be affected. We should practice professionalism in terms of many difficulties knowing that you are professional. So I was just saying the differences.  There are many  things that could describe being a professional  but  majority all the professional must have this not only being a health care professional. And it is important also  being healthy   not only for physical aspect but for mental,spiritual and emotional  because this would be our  main tool to have a balance in life   The two concept are important to the subject since we need to work and stay healthy to survive . There so much critical procedure in gathering data, we should make sure that our data is valid and reliable because it is the overall basis not only in the medical field but also in many aspects. I already apply this during my duty in the community and hospital we gathered data for the proper rendering care to our patient because proper assessment meets your goal.   According to the Ontario Human Rights Commission in collecting data involved in six steps to success:  Step 1: Identify issues and/or opportunities for               collecting data Step 2: Select issue(s) and/or opportunity(ies) and                set goals  Step 3: Plan an approach and methods Step 4: Collect data Step 5: Analyze and interpret data Six steps to             success.
